Beginning in 1921, the French Crème has been our signature chocolate confection. Using only the finest chocolate and natural ingredients, French Crèmes are hand-crafted on site, ensuring that each batch is fresh for your enjoyment. Originally a creation of the Frederic Steger family, the Old World recipe for these gourmet chocolate confections emigrated from Germany to Forest Park, IL with the family in 1921. Since then, these rich, creamy bites of milk chocolate have become a staple of Forest Park. Our signature French Crème makes for a delicious, locally-produced gift for any occasion.
